Exception for public holidays: If a public holiday falls on the day of arrival or on a subsequent day during your period of stay. Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, after which we charge 100% of the total fee.
This does not apply for special fees (non-refundable rates): These bookings cannot be cancelled or amended. By booking the special rate, you accept the duty to pay in full at the time of booking.
